- 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
- 2 - egg yolks, beaten
- 2 - egg whites (set aside)
- 3/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1 9inch - graham cracker crust

Step 1preheat over to 300 degrees. combine condensed milk and beaten egg yolks; gradually add lime juice. mix well. wisk egg whites till peaks form. use a hand mixer its quicker. fold in egg whites gently. fill pie pan. bake 8 to 10 minutes. do not brown. chill atleast 2 hours.top with whipped cream if u like.
