Ingredients
- 16 - chocolate sandwich cookies, finely crushed
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 14 large marshmallows
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 3 tablespoons creme de cacao
- 3 tablespoons green creme de menthe
How To Make grasshopper pie

Step 1Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter and press into a pie pan.

Step 2Melt marshmallows with milk in the top of a double boiler over boiling water. Remove from heat and cool.

Step 3Fold in whipped cream, creme de cacao and creme de menthe.

Step 4Pour into crust and freeze at least 24 hours.

Step 5Remove 15 minutes before serving. (This pie may be stored in the freezer for at least a month.)
