I created this recipe in 1984 and it has been a hit with all 5 of my children,and of course friends as well!!

Ingredients

2 cups whipping cream, whipped
2 packages pudding, pistachio
2 cups milk, 2%
1 package chocolate cookie crust
1 tablespoon mint extract

How To Make easy peasy grasshopper pie :)

Step 1

Whip 2 cups whipping cream tills peaks form,on high speed.Whip 2 cups of milk into 2 packages instant pistacio pudding mix,let sit to thicken

Step 2

Add 1 tbs of mint extract into pudding mix,gently gold whipped cream into pudding mix,pour into chocolate cookie crust.Sprinkle cocoa powderon top and shaved 70% dark chocolate on top
Step 3

Let sit in freezer overnight,to serve,remove from freezer 1/2 before serving
