Ingredients
- 1 - envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 cups boiling grape juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1 - inch baked pie shell cooled
How To Make grape parfait pie

Step 1Combine gelatin and sugar; add boiling grape juice and stir to dissolve the gelatin. Add lemon juice. Spoon vanilla ice cream into the gelatin mixture and stir till melted. Chill till mixture mounds when spooned (about 45 minutes). Fill baked pastry shell and chill till set. Trim with whipped cream, if desired.
