1In a medium sauce pan place the cans of sweetened condensed milk with the label removed. Add water to cover the can. Heat to boiling the reduce heat to medium/low for 4 to 5 hours checking often and adding water to keep can covered.
2Turn off heat and let cool. Pour into pie crust and refrigerate 3 hours.
In a mixer beat whipping cream on high until soft peaks form. Slowly add sugar and vanilla and continue to beat until stiff peaks form.
Slice and add a heaping spoonful of cream and dig in!
