This egg pie has graced our Sunday dinner table so many times!

Ingredients
- 1 cup - sugar
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 5 - egg yolks
- 1 - whole egg
- 5 - egg whites
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Pint - half and half
- - unbaked pie shell
How To Make grandmother's egg pie

Step 1Mix sugar and flour

Step 2Mix sugar and egg yolks and whole egg

Step 3Mix pint of half and half

Step 4Pour into pie shell and bake at 400 degrees for 25 or 30 min.

Step 5Mix the 5 egg whites with 2 tblsp of sugar until stiff.

Step 6When the pie has baked 25 minutes pile beaten egg whites by spoonfuls on top of pie and bake at 300 degrees for 25 more minutes.
