Grandmother's Egg Pie
How to Make Grandmother's Egg Pie
- Mix sugar and flour
- Mix sugar and egg yolks and whole egg
- Mix pint of half and half
- Pour into pie shell and bake at 400 degrees for 25 or 30 min.
- Mix the 5 egg whites with 2 tblsp of sugar until stiff.
- When the pie has baked 25 minutes pile beaten egg whites by spoonfuls on top of pie and bake at 300 degrees for 25 more minutes.
