- 1-2 - baking pumpkin(s)
- 3 - eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon each-salt,allspice,ginger,nutmag
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup pumpkin pulp
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk

Step 1To prepare pulp: Knock off stem. Wash pumpkin and pierce several times with a fork. Place pumkin on a cookie sheet. Bake at350 for 1 1/2 hour until soft. Cut in half, scoop out and discard seeds and strings. Scoop out pulp and set aside.

Step 2In a medium bowl beat eggs, sugar and spices. Add 1 cup of pumpkin pulp and milk, evaporated milk mix well all together.

Step 3Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes then at 350 for 45 min. or until knife inserted in the center and comes out clean.
