Ingredients

2/3 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspcinnamon, ground

dash(es)ground ginger

1/2 tspnutmeg

3 Tbspmolasses

3 cmashed, cooked pumpkin or pumpkin puree

4eggs, beaten

2 clight cream or milk

29 inch pastry shells, unbaked
How to Make Grandma Virginia's Pumpkin Pie
- Mix all ingredients together. Divide between the two unbaked pastry shells.
- Bake in 450 degree oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 50 minutes or longer until set. Makes two pies.
