CRUST: Mix all ingredients well. Spread in oblong pan (9x13). Bake @ 300 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool.
FILLING: Dissolve jello in boiling water (per package directions). When jello is cooled, add to creamed together cream cheese & sugar. Beat whipping cream in chilled bowl, and stir into jello mixture. Pour over cooled crust. Refrigerate til set (at least 1 hr.).
TOPPING: Dissolve 2 3oz. jello (any flavor) in 3 cups boiling water. Pour over above Filling, and refrigerate 1 more hr.
