- 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 - 9 inch pie crusts

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Combine butter, sugar and eggs until smooth. Stir in chopped pecans, coconut and raisins. Add coconut and raisins. Stir in vinegar and vanilla. Divide batter between pie crusts. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until firm.
