- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 3 tablespoons butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla creamed
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 - eggs well beaten
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- - pie crust (your favorite recipe)

Step 1Mix butter and vanilla, sugar, beaten eggs,salt,and corn syrup. blend in chopped pecans and pour into pie shell. put whole pecans on top and bake 10 minutes at 450* then 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
