- 2 cups rhubarb, finely cut

Step 1Blend flour,powdered sugar and butter.Press in 11 by 7 or 9 inch square pan.Bake for 15 minutes at 350 F.

Step 2Beat the eggs and sugar.Add flour and salt.Add to this mixture rhubarb.

Step 3Pour over crust and bake 35 minutes at 350.Serve with whipped cream.
