  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 5 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • `1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups rhubarb, finely cut

How To Make grandma angie's rhubarb dream pie

  • Step 1
    Blend flour,powdered sugar and butter.Press in 11 by 7 or 9 inch square pan.Bake for 15 minutes at 350 F.
  • Step 2
    Beat the eggs and sugar.Add flour and salt.Add to this mixture rhubarb.
  • Step 3
    Pour over crust and bake 35 minutes at 350.Serve with whipped cream.
