Blend flour,powdered sugar and butter.Press in 11 by 7 or 9 inch square pan.Bake for 15 minutes at 350 F.
Beat the eggs and sugar.Add flour and salt.Add to this mixture rhubarb.
Pour over crust and bake 35 minutes at 350.Serve with whipped cream.
