graham cracker cream pie

Updated on Oct 29, 2012

I remember my Gram always having this pie around, and at many restaurants in Pa..I am not sure if that is where it originated, but I never see them anymore. They are so good..vanilla custard on a home made graham cracker crust, and topped with meringue, then sprinkled leftover crumbs atop the Meringue. I borrowed this picture, and it's exactly what I remembered. My own picture will follow tomorrow as I am going to make one.
