pet evaporated milk
1Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2Melt Chocolate and Butter together
3Gradually blend in pet milk, set aside.
4Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt together.
5Beat in eggs and vanilla
6Gradually blend Chocolate mixture to sugar mixture.
7Stir in Pecans and Coconut
8Pour into unbaked pie shell.
9Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes, until puffed and brown.
10Filling will be soft but will set while cooling.
