I made a master copy of a Head Start recipe book for a fundraiser for the local Head Start program, and this one came from a neighbor up the street. Her son made this pie with his Grandma Marie (her mom) and was so excited to share it with me! A big thanks to Jeffrey K!

Combine 1st 5 ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix well, add remaining ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees or until set.
