When my boys were little I made this pie at least once a month, I never had cream cheese or the chocolate on hand so I came up with this and we loved it,so smooth and creamy and very easy to make. I have never made peanut butter pie any other way

Ingredients
- - prepared graham cracker crust
- 2 boxes cook and serve vanilla pudding
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 heaping tablespoons smooth peanut butter
- - whipped topping
How To Make gail's peanut butter pie.

Step 1Cook vanilla pudding as directed on the box. Remove from heat and add the vanilla, butter and peanut butter stir until butter and peanut butter are completely melted and pudding is uniform in color. Pour into prepared crust, refrigerate until set. Top with whipped topping
