Fudgy-Brownie Pecan Pie
2squares of unsweetened chocolate
2 Tbspbutter, melted
3/4 cdark karo syrup
1 cpecan halves
1 call purpose flour
1/3 c+1 tbsp.butter flavored crisco
2 Tbspcold water
How to Make Fudgy-Brownie Pecan Pie
- Blend flour, salt, Crisco with pastry cutter or fork into a mealy consistency. Add water, mix with a fork and mold into a patty. Refrigerate for about 1/2 hour.
- Roll into a circle and form into your pie dish. (I spray with no-stick first) Fold under and decorate your edge.
- Beat the eggs, add remainder of ingredients. Mix well and stir in nuts. Pour into pie crust and bake at 375 for approx. 45-50 minutes or until set.
Cool before cutting.
