Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 1 package (4 ounce) sweet cooking chocolate or 2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1-1/4 cup pecan halves or pieces

How To Make fudge pecan pie

  • Step 1
    In medium saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate with butter.
  • Step 2
    Stir in sweetened condensed milk, water and eggs; mix well. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients except pie shell. Pour into pie shell.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool. Refrigerate leftovers.
