fruity fridge cheesecake
I came up with this refrigerator pie for a cool summer treat by adding two recipes together. I forgot to add the pie filling in my pic. You can add any filling you like. Y’all, enjoy!

Ingredients
- 12 ounces whipped cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powder sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 can fruit pie filling (cherry)
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
How To Make fruity fridge cheesecake

Step 1In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add all ingredients.

Step 2Mix on low speed for a minute to combine. Then mix on medium-high for three minutes. The filling will thicken up.

Step 3Add enough fruit filling to cover the bottom of your pie crust.

Step 4Top fruit filling with the cheesecake mixture spreading to the edges.

Step 5Cover with plastic and chill for two hours before serving. Serve topped with the remaining fruit topping and or whipped topping.
