fruit pizza
I learned this recipe back in High School Home Ec. I remembered it to this day but I kind of tweeked it by using a different type of "sauce" on this pizza instead of the original. But you can use basically any type of fruit on this pizza but I prefer strawberries and kiwi. Plus if you want, you can make this for like a kids party and make smaller "mini fruit pizzas" and let them decorate them with whatever kind of fruit they like. Also I love the sugar cookie cause it goes well for the "crust" but you can use chocolate chip.

- 1 pint strawberries
- 1 pint rasberries

- 1 cup orange marmalade
- 2 tablespoons water, warm
How To Make fruit pizza
-
Step 1Take cookie dough and spread it out onto the pizza pan in a even layer throughout the pan. (If you have already put the cookie dough into the fridge and its cold or frozen, this is fine, you can slice it into circles and put it onto the pan and either wait for it to thaw out to be able to let it spread). Follow the directions that are on the package and once it is done, let it cool completely.
-
Step 2In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese and marshmallow cream until smooth. (You can add more marshmallow cream if you like if its not sweet enough) In a small bowl, put 1 cup marmalade and add warm water a tablespoon at a time and stir until its spreadable.
-
Step 3Once the cookie is cooled, spread "sauce" onto "crust" and arrange fruit in any way you want. You can make patterns with it until the entire "pie" is covered with fruit. (make sure that you cut the strawberries and kiwi slices to make it easier to put on the pizza). With a pastry brush, brush lightly over the fruit. (This part is optional with the marmalade, you can use it or just leave it as is)
