I love strawberries. This recipe, while not my mom's strawberry pie (Madeleine's, posted in JAP), this would suffice as a quick substitution...

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
20 ounces frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
1 - 9" graham cracker pie crust

How To Make frozen strawberry pie

Step 1

Beat together softened cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Gently fold in sour cream and strawberries and pour into pie crust. Freeze at least 8 hours or overnight. Remove one hour before serving.
