This recipe was given to me from my cousin Nelda Hoover, Harwood Texas. Nelda use to make this at Christmas and bring it to my moms house. Served with Love!

  • 8 oz
    soft cream cheese
  • 3/4 c
    light karo syrup
  • 1/4 c
    finely packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 c
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • 1
    graham cracker crust

How to Make Frozen Pecan Pie


  1. At high speed with a mixer, beat cream cheese , syrup, and brown sugar until smooth.
  2. Beat at medium while adding milk and vanilla. Beat till blended. Stir in pecans.
  3. Pour into crust.
    Freeze 6 hrs.
    Remove from freezer 15 min. before serving.
    Serve with whipped topping, if desired.
