This recipe was given to me from my cousin Nelda Hoover, Harwood Texas. Nelda use to make this at Christmas and bring it to my moms house. Served with Love!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces soft cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup light karo syrup
  • 1/4 cup finely packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 - graham cracker crust

How To Make frozen pecan pie

  • Step 1
    At high speed with a mixer, beat cream cheese , syrup, and brown sugar until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Beat at medium while adding milk and vanilla. Beat till blended. Stir in pecans.
  • Step 3
    Pour into crust. Freeze 6 hrs. Remove from freezer 15 min. before serving. Serve with whipped topping, if desired.
