Ingredients

  • 1 9-inch baked graham cracker crumb pie crust
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 cup unsifted powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 cups whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts, optional

How To Make frozen peanut butter pie

  • Step 1
    Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar gradually, beating until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Add peanut butter, mixing well. Stir in milk, gradually. Add vanilla.
  • Step 3
    Fold whipped topping into creamed mixture using a rubber spatula or whisk.
  • Step 4
    Pour into crumb crust. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts if desired.
  • Step 5
    Freeze for at least 4 hours. Let stand at room temperature for 5-10 minutes before cutting and serving. (If frozen more than 4 hours, let stand 20 minutes before cutting.)
