I tried this pie many years ago when I was on weight watchers, I am not really a peanut butter eater but I fell in love with this pie, as for the taste you can't beat it, very rich tasting. Yummy

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 8 ounces cool whip
  • 1 - ready made gram cracker crust

How To Make frozen peanut butter pie

  • Step 1
    With a mixer cream the peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Add powder sugar, milk and cool whip, and mix until smooth.
  • Step 3
    Pour this mixture into a 9 inch ready made gram cracker shell and place in freezer until frozen, keep left overs in the freezer. Really enjoy.
