I live on the Gulf Coast- it's so hot & humid in the summer that it's just to hot to bake. I make this fantastic, EASY, & so good & refreshing pie.

Ingredients For frozen lemonade pie

  • 1/2 can
    frozen lemonade (undiluted- 8 oz. can)
  • 1 can
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 pkg
    regular container cool whip
  • 1 lg
    lemon juice (fresh)
  • zest of 1/2 lemon

How To Make frozen lemonade pie

  • 1
    Fold all ingredients together gently. Put in graham cracker crust, or individual phyllo cups. Freeze. You can put it in individual desert cups with no crust to save calories. Also, I've done orange, lime,& pineapple--so good!
