This is simple and fast. The only delay is 4 hours in the freezer.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces german sweet chocolate
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 8 ounces non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 - pie crust shell -graham cracker or chocolate
  • - oreo cookie crumbs or ?

How To Make frozen chocolate mocha pie

  • Step 1
    In small microwave safe bowl; break chocolate into pieces, add 2 T. milk and inst. coffee. Microwave for a minute at a time, stirring each time, until warm and smooth. In my microwave I heat it for 1 minute, stir, and then 20 seconds at a time.
  • Step 2
    In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and remaining milk; add chocolate mixture; stir until blended. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Fold in whipped topping till blended. Spoon into crust, smooth top. Freeze 4 hrs. or until firm.
  • Step 4
    Thaw for a few minutes before serving.Top with crumbled oreos,shaved chocolate, raspberries or whatever you like. Store leftovers in freezer.
