Ingredients
- PIE CRUST
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- SAUCE
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons corn starch
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 package small raspberry jello (mix)
- RASPBERRIES: FRESH OR FROZEN
How To Make fresh raspberry pie

Step 1CRUST: Mix flour, salt, sugar, milk and oil all together. Press into pie pan. Don't roll. Bake 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool pie shell.

Step 2Fill pie shell with fresh or frozen berries (drained). OPT: peaches

Step 3SAUCE: Add cool water and cornstarch to pan. Stir until dissolved. Add sugar and bring to a boil. Add Jello. Pour over fruit and refrigerate. Can use sugar-free Jello and any fresh fruit. (peaches and orange Jello) Karen's note: "I only pour over about half of the Jello mixture and toss the rest. I prefer more fruit than sauce." Serve with whip cream or ice cream.
