Fresh Raspberry Pie
Our friend would make this for us and it was hard to turn it down even though I just stuffed myself with the best dinner ever, at their house.

Old blue recipe box
1 1/2 cflour
3 Tbspcorn starch
1 1/2 cwater
1 pkgsmall raspberry jello (mix)
RASPBERRIES: FRESH OR FROZEN
How to Make Fresh Raspberry Pie
Mix flour, salt, sugar, milk and oil all together.
Press into pie pan.
Bake 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
Cool pie shell.
- Fill pie shell with fresh or frozen berries (drained).
Add cool water and cornstarch to pan.
Stir until dissolved.
Add sugar and bring to a boil.
Pour over fruit and refrigerate.
Can use sugar-free Jello and any fresh fruit.
(peaches and orange Jello)
Karen's note: "I only pour over about half of the Jello mixture and toss the rest. I prefer more fruit than sauce."
Serve with whip cream or ice cream.
