  • 1 9 (inch)
    unbaked pie shell
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 5 Tbsp
    all purpose flour
  • 4
    fresh peaches
  • 1 c
    whipping cream

How to Make FRESH PEACH PIE

Step-by-Step

  1. Bake the pie crust for 375 F for 10 minutes.Combine sugar and flour until well blended.Put 1/3 of the flour mixture on the bottom of the crust.
  2. Cut the peaches into halves, pit them, and put them side up in the pie crust.Mix the last 2/3 of flour with the cream and pour over the peaches.
  3. Bake at 425 F for 10 minutes,lower oven to 350 F and bake for another hour and 15 minutes.Serve warm or cold.
