This is very old recipe.It is very easy to make and very delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 9 (inch) - unbaked pie shell
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 5 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 4 - fresh peaches
  • 1 cup whipping cream

How To Make fresh peach pie

  • Step 1
    Bake the pie crust for 375 F for 10 minutes.Combine sugar and flour until well blended.Put 1/3 of the flour mixture on the bottom of the crust.
  • Step 2
    Cut the peaches into halves, pit them, and put them side up in the pie crust.Mix the last 2/3 of flour with the cream and pour over the peaches.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 425 F for 10 minutes,lower oven to 350 F and bake for another hour and 15 minutes.Serve warm or cold.
