Ingredients
- 3 - egg yolks
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/4 stick butter
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 8 large peaches, sprinkle with lemon juice
- 1 cup powered sugar
- 2 - 9 inch baked pie shells
- 1 pint sweetend whipped cream
How To Make fresh peach pie

Step 1With electric mixer beat eggs yolks and sugar until lemon colored. Add cornstarch, salt, vanilla. Add milk a little at a time until blended. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick. Add 1/2 stick of butter and let cool. Toss peaches with powered sugar. Spread 1/2 of the custard in the bottom of each pie crust. Top with peaches and whip cream.
