sugar
1/4 c
cornstarch
1.5 c
water
3 oz
orange or peach gelatin
3 c
fresh peaches, pitted, peeled, sliced
whipped cream, optional

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix the sugar, cornstarch and water in a saucepan.
  • 2Bring to a quick boil.
  • 3Cook until thickened and clear.
  • 4Add the gelatin.
  • 5Arrange the peaches in the pie shell.
  • 6Pour the gelatin mixture over the peaches and refrigerate.
  • 7Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
  • 8NOTE: Other fresh fruit or berries with compatible flavored gelatin may be substituted for the peaches and orange gelatin as above.
