Ingredients
- 1 - 9 inch pie shell, cooled, or graham cracker shell
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1.5 cups water
- 3 ounces orange or peach gelatin
- 3 cups fresh peaches, pitted, peeled, sliced
- - whipped cream, optional
How To Make fresh peach pie

Step 1Mix the sugar, cornstarch and water in a saucepan.

Step 2Bring to a quick boil.

Step 3Cook until thickened and clear.

Step 4Add the gelatin.

Step 5Arrange the peaches in the pie shell.

Step 6Pour the gelatin mixture over the peaches and refrigerate.

Step 7Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.

Step 8NOTE: Other fresh fruit or berries with compatible flavored gelatin may be substituted for the peaches and orange gelatin as above.
