Ingredients

  • 9 inch
    baked pastry shell
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 3 oz
    pkg. peach jello (powder)
  • ·
    cool whip
  • 6 to 8
    ripe peaches, peeled and sliced

How to Make Fresh Peach Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook water, sugar, and cornstarch until thick and clear and then dissolve peach jello into it.
  2. Cool mixture slightly before spreading a thin coat onto baked and cooled pastry shell.
  3. Add peach slices and then remaining sauce.
  4. Cool. Top with Cool Whip.
