Ingredients
- 9 inch - baked pastry shell
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 ounces pkg. peach jello (powder)
- - cool whip
- 6 to 8 - ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
How To Make fresh peach pie

Step 1Cook water, sugar, and cornstarch until thick and clear and then dissolve peach jello into it.

Step 2Cool mixture slightly before spreading a thin coat onto baked and cooled pastry shell.

Step 3Add peach slices and then remaining sauce.

Step 4Cool. Top with Cool Whip.
