Ingredients

  • 3 cups peeled and sliced peaches
  • 1 - unbaked 9 inch pie shell
  • 2 - eggs, beaten
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 cup light cream or milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make fresh peach custard pie

  • Step 1
    Arrange peaches in the bottom of the pie shell.
  • Step 2
    In a mixing bowl combine eggs, sugar, salt and flour. Add cream and vanilla, stir till smooth.
  • Step 3
    Pour mixture over peaches. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 degrees and bake additional 30-40 minutes or till knife comes out clean
