- 3 cups peeled and sliced peaches
- 1 - unbaked 9 inch pie shell
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 cup light cream or milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make fresh peach custard pie

Step 1Arrange peaches in the bottom of the pie shell.

Step 2In a mixing bowl combine eggs, sugar, salt and flour. Add cream and vanilla, stir till smooth.

Step 3Pour mixture over peaches. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 degrees and bake additional 30-40 minutes or till knife comes out clean
