This is so simple to make and delicious. You can substitute 1/2 cup powdered sugar for the cream cheese, but I love the cream cheese version best. It is fairly light and not too sweet.

Ingredients

  • 1 package pie crust, baked
  • 1/2 stick margerine
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • slice fresh peaches or fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 pint fresh whipped cream, whipped

How To Make fresh fruit pie

  • Step 1
    Bake the pie crust and let cool
  • Step 2
    Combine the softened margerine and softened cream cheese and beat until smooth. Spread this mixture on the cooled pie crust
  • Step 3
    Slice the peaches or berries and add a bit of lemon juice to keep the fruit from browning.
  • Step 4
    Top with fresh whipped cream
  • Step 5
    Keep refrigerated until you are ready to eat and enjoy!
