This is so simple to make and delicious. You can substitute 1/2 cup powdered sugar for the cream cheese, but I love the cream cheese version best. It is fairly light and not too sweet.

- 1 package pie crust, baked
- 1/2 stick margerine
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- slice fresh peaches or fresh strawberries
- 1/2 pint fresh whipped cream, whipped
How To Make fresh fruit pie

Step 1Bake the pie crust and let cool

Step 2Combine the softened margerine and softened cream cheese and beat until smooth. Spread this mixture on the cooled pie crust

Step 3Slice the peaches or berries and add a bit of lemon juice to keep the fruit from browning.

Step 4Top with fresh whipped cream
