My sister shared this recipe with me. It is one of my favorites.She is one of the best cooks I have ever known. Very good!

Ingredients
- 4 cups apples, granny smith
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnmon
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 6 slices butter, room temperature
How To Make fresh apple pie

Step 1Mix togeather,the first four ingredents and let stand for 2 to 3 hours. I use Refrigeator Philsbury crust for top and bottom. Then pour into bottom crust, mix flour and cinnimon and sprinkle on top of apples, then put pats of butter on top of that. Cover with top crust. Cut slits in top. Bake 350 for one hour.
