French Rhubarb Pie

Ingredients

1 largeegg
-
1 csugar
-
2 cdiced rhubarb
-
2 Tbspflour
-
1 tspvanilla extract

TOPPING MIX
-
3/4 cflour
-
1/3 cbutter ( or oleo)
-
1/2 cbrown sugar
How to Make French Rhubarb Pie
- Mix the first five (5) ingredients together. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. (I use pre-made shells).
- Mix together the topping mix--flour, butter, brown sugar. Will be crumbly.
Put the topping mix over the mixture in pie shell. - Bake at 400 for 10 minutes. Then 350 for 30 minutes or until done.
