Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted (1/2 stick)
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 1/2 ounces can shredded sweetened coconut (about 1 cup)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 - unbaked pie shell
How To Make french coconut pie

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, flour, sugar, coconut, and milk. Pour into pie shell.

Step 2Bake until firm about 45 to 60 minutes.
