butter, melted
1 1/2 c
sugar

eggs
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 Tbsp
apple cider vinegar
1 can(s)
coconut (7 to 8 oz.)

How to Make French Coconut Pie

Step-by-Step

  • 1Beat sugar with eggs and butter until creamy. Add vanilla and vinegar stir. Fold in coconut and mix well.Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake for 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
