- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 can coconut (7 to 8 oz.)
How To Make french coconut pie

Step 1Beat sugar with eggs and butter until creamy. Add vanilla and vinegar stir. Fold in coconut and mix well.Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake for 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
