My family and friends come to visit every 4th of July and have a cookout and I make a jello pie and it is so easy to make it. It is so good and tasty.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c
    boiling water, divided
  • 1 pkg
    (3 oz.) jell o blue berry flavor gelatin
  • 1 c
    ice cubes, divided
  • 1
    honey maid graham cracker pie crust
  • 1 pkg
    (3 oz.) strawberry flavor gelatin
  • 1 c
    thawed cool whip whipped topping

How to Make Fourth of July Patriotic Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Add 3/4 cup boiling water to blue gelatin mix; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add 1/2 cup ice cubes; stir until melted. Pour into crust; refrigerate 5 to 10 min. or until set but not firm.
    Meanwhile, repeat to dissolve red gelatin mix in separate bowl; stir in remaining ice cubes. Cool 5 min. or until slightly thickened.

    Spread cool whip over blue gelatin layer; cover with red gelatin. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set.
