Even someone who isn't a fan of pumpkin pie may like this pumpkin cheesecake pie. There is just a touch of pumpkin pie spice, and nothing extra. The pumpkin is not overwhelming. It's rich and creamy with a buttery graham cracker crust. Plus, it's very easy to make. A simple holiday dessert.

- 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup 100% pure pumpkin
- 2 large eggs
- 1 - graham cracker crust

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and pumpkin pie spice on medium speed.
