Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cooked pumpkin
- 1 cup packed, light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice, ground
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 - eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup milk, whole
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 - 9 inch, unbaked pie shell

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Step 2Combine together cooked pumpkin, light brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, molasses and salt and mix well.

Step 3Mix the lightly beaten eggs, milk and cream together. Add to the pumpkin mixture, stirring well.

Step 4Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell and bake at 425 degrees F. for 15 minutes, then lower temperature to 375 degrees F. and bake for 40 - 50 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
