Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 2 large
    eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 c
    log cabin maple syrup
  • 1/2 c
    light karo syrup
  • 1/4 stick
    butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp
    nutmeg
  • 3/4 c
    chopped pecans ,or halves
  • 1
    9-inch pastry shell

How to Make FANNIE'S PECAN PIE

Step-by-Step

  1. COMBINE FLOUR, SUGAR & EGGS, ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS.
  2. POUR INTO PASTRY SHELL AND BAKE AT 450* FOR 7 MIN. LOWER HEAT TO 275*-300* AND BAKE FOR 45-60 MIN. OR UNTIL CENTER IS ALMOST FIRM.
  3. SERVE WARM.
  4. NOTE: ADD 1/4t.SALT TO YOUR FAVORITE PIE CRUST RECIPE AS THIS COMPLIMENTS THE SWEET FILLING.
