Bake at 350 Degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Don't remember where I got this, but it's good and simple.

1 - lg egg (i use 2)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped apple (i use 2)
1/2` cup chopped nuts
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon ( optional)

How To Make english apple pie

Step 1

Beat egg well; add vanilla & sugar

Step 2

Combine flour, baking powder & salt
Step 3

Add to egg mixture. Beat well then stir in apples & nuts. Batter will be thick.
Step 4

Pour into greased pie pan & bake. top with ice cream or whipped cream when cool.
