How to Make Elderberry pie filling
- Make pie dough for double crust. jRemove stems from berries. Mis sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon, carefully blending with berries. Do not crush berries. Pour into pie crust. Pour lemon juice over berries. Put dots of butter on top and add top crust. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes then at 350 for 40 minutes.
