Simple no bake eclair pie my Aunt use to make us growing up.

Ingredients

  • 1 package french vanilla instant pudding
  • 1/2 box graham crackers
  • 1/2 package whipped cream (thawed)
  • 1/2 jar chocolate cake frosting
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 - 7.87 x 7.87 cake pan

How To Make eclair pie

  • Step 1
    Make pudding as directed on box. Add cool whip to mixture.
  • Step 2
    Layer graham crackers to bottom of pan. Spread 1/2 of pudding mixture on top of graham crackers
  • Step 3
    Add another layer of graham crackers Spread remaining pudding mixture on top of graham crackers.
  • Step 4
    Add another layer of graham crackers. Melt frosting in microwave (15 seconds) Stir Pour frosting over top layer of graham crackers
  • Step 5
    Cover and refrigerate for 1hr before serving
  • Step 6
    *double ingredients for 9x13 dish
