Simple no bake eclair pie my Aunt use to make us growing up.

Ingredients
- 1 package french vanilla instant pudding
- 1/2 box graham crackers
- 1/2 package whipped cream (thawed)
- 1/2 jar chocolate cake frosting
- 3 cups milk
- 1 - 7.87 x 7.87 cake pan
How To Make eclair pie

Step 1Make pudding as directed on box. Add cool whip to mixture.

Step 2Layer graham crackers to bottom of pan. Spread 1/2 of pudding mixture on top of graham crackers

Step 3Add another layer of graham crackers Spread remaining pudding mixture on top of graham crackers.

Step 4Add another layer of graham crackers. Melt frosting in microwave (15 seconds) Stir Pour frosting over top layer of graham crackers

Step 5Cover and refrigerate for 1hr before serving
