Ingredients
- 1 lb - ricotta cheese (whole milk)
- 5 - egg whites
- 1/2 pint heavy cream (1 cup)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 - pie crust, store bought or make your own
How To Make easy ricotta pie

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Step 2Beat egg whites until frothy

Step 3Add ricotta, sugar, cream & vanilla

Step 4Mix well with electric mixer

Step 5Pour into pie crust

Step 6Bake for 60-70 minutes, depending on oven. Remove from oven & let cool. Refrigerate until pie sets. Serve with your favorite topping. I use frozen strawberries, and enjoy!
