1 lbricotta cheese (whole milk)
1/2 ptheavy cream (1 cup)
1pie crust, store bought or make your own
How to Make Easy Ricotta Pie
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Beat egg whites until frothy
- Add ricotta, sugar, cream & vanilla
- Mix well with electric mixer
- Pour into pie crust
- Bake for 60-70 minutes, depending on oven.
Remove from oven & let cool.
Refrigerate until pie sets.
Serve with your favorite topping. I use frozen strawberries, and enjoy!
