Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds granny smith apples
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice concentrate
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 cup pistachio nuts, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter
How To Make easy pistacchio apple pie

Step 1Slice apples into quarters,set in a bowl and add to it, rest of ingredients.

Step 2Get ready made crust and line it into a 8 inch pie pan.

Step 3Add apple ingredients, top with butter. Add the top crust. Make a couple of slits on the top crust to let steam escape. Bake in a 350 Degree Oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Step 4Serve Hot or Cold. Top with Ice Cream or Whipped Cream...
