How to Make Easy Pineapple Cheesecake
- Allow cream cheese to warm to room temperature for ease of mixing. In mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, whipped topping,vanilla, sugar and crushed pineapple (drained)until well blended.
- Spoon mixture into pie crust. Top with pineapple tidbits. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Slice and enjoy.
- Other fruits can be used but some do not mix well in the filling. The basic mixture can be spooned into a pie crust then layered with favorite fruit. I have tried strawberries, peaches, and cherries. Use fresh fruit or pie filling as topping for this easy and tasty treat.
