How to Make Easy Pie Crust
- Cut in flour, salt, and shortening until mixture is crumbly.
- add 6 tablespoons of water to start with. Then add little by little until dough forms a small ball. You want the dough to be slightly sticky.
- Separate the dough into two sections. Flour board lightly and place first section on the floured surface. Knead twice to form a nice ball.
- Roll to desired size.
- Repeat with 2nd section.
