Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 teaspoon rum extract
- 1 package vanilla jello pudding
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups whipped cream
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 1/2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy cream
How To Make easy-peesy boston cream pie

Step 1( use a 8in or 2-9in cake pans. 350F oven) Mix Cake mix according to the box instructions and add the rum extract. Bake until tooth pick comes out clean. set aside to cool.( recommend baking cake about an hour before assembly)

Step 2In medium bowl add box of vanilla pudding mix, vanilla extract and milk. beat together for about 2 minutes until pudding in thick. Then fold in whipped cream. You can cut the 8in cake into 3 layers or use the two 9in cakes as layers. make sure cakes are cun even.( cut tops on cakes off ) Stack cake layers on a serving plate, spreading pudding mixture between layers. Set aside

Step 3Place chocolate chips in a heat safe bowl. Bring 1 cup of Heavy cream to a boil( about 2-3 mins) pour cream over chocolate and let melt for a second. then stir until blended and smooth. Chocolate will have a shine to it. Pour chocolate over cake letting it run over the sides. Let Cake chill for an hour and enjoy :)
