This one of our favorite pies to make..I got this one from a cookbook at a rummage sale and it was on a slip of paper inside

Ingredients

  • ·
    1/2 cup flour
  • ·
    1 cup white sugar
  • ·
    2 cups milk
  • ·
    4 eggs
  • ·
    1/2 cup margarine
  • ·
    1/2 tsp salt
  • ·
    1/2 tsp baking powder
  • ·
    1 cup coconut
  • ·
    1 tsp vanilla

How to Make EASY PEASY COCONUT PIE

Step-by-Step

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender, one at a time. Blend until all mixed together.
  2. Pour mixture into a buttered 10-inch pie pan
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
  4. cool and eat
